Insurance CE - The Law and Producer - Company and Consumer Relations (7 hrs)
This course defines and discusses ethics and it's history. Also explains federal and state regulations, Unfair Trade Practices, and illustrates their legal and ethical implications. Discusses the relationships between insurance producers and adjusters and the insurance companies they represent, including: law of agency, authority, duties and obligations, and conflict of interest.
